CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis. This remote-first role supports a rapidly scaling B2B/B2C marketplace and collaborates across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.

You will build automations, score leads, refine handoffs, and provide management visibility into key metrics. A background in Revenue or Sales Operations, strong Excel skills, and Salesforce/Outreach experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 4+ years in Revenue/Sales/Business Operations, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Strong data translation into actionable insights and recommendations.
• CRM admin proficiency; experience managing integrated tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end revenue processes with leadership and optimization.
• Document lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, post-sales workflows.
• Configure Salesforce/Outreach; manage integrations and data integrity.
• Develop KPI dashboards for Sales, Account Management, Support.
• Own monthly commission calculations and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Forecast revenue targets; assist in compensation plan design.
• Provide forecasting support with sales leadership and Finance.
• Analyze pipeline health, productivity, campaigns, and churn.
