Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Revenue Development for New Hotels & Conversions. This REMOTE role requires leading revenue development across pre-opening and conversion phases, coordinating with sales, marketing, distribution, and operations to accelerate topline growth.

You will coach hotel teams, deploy tactical plans, and partner with ownership and franchise onboarding to ensure timely pre-sell activation and stabilization of new properties.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of multi-unit hotel sales/operations experience.
• Experience with pre-opening/conversion/branded franchise hotels.
• Ability to lead revenue generation and distribution initiatives across channels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with onboarding teams to build pre-opening and post-opening business readiness.
• Coach property teams on sales strategies and revenue opportunities.
• Deploy tactical sales plans and activate revenue-generating tools.
• Act as primary contact before and after conversion to optimize support models.
• Accelerate marketing and distribution levers for early performance gains.
• Announce insights and status to leadership on a regular cadence.
