Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Area Director of Revenue Strategy to lead revenue management and commercial strategy for a portfolio of independent and IHG-branded hotels. This fully remote position partners with operations and commercial teams to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.

Requirements include proven hotel RM leadership, strong analytics, and familiarity with SynXis, Duetto, and Concerto. Travel to properties will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management and commercial strategy development at a leadership level.
• Experience with SynXis, Duetto and Concerto for pricing and distribution.
• Experience managing revenue strategy across multiple properties or regions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in revenue management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and implementation of revenue management and commercial strategy initiatives across multiple properties within the portfolio.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and KPI analyses to assess strategy effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with property GMs, sales directors, and marketing managers to execute integrated campaigns for revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and demand to optimize revenue potential per property.
• Analyze historical data and demand forecasts to inform pricing, inventory, and distribution decisions.
• Utilize RM systems to generate reports and track performance across the area.
• Develop relationships with OTAs, GDS, and distribution partners to maximize visibility and reach.
