Job summary
Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks an experienced Area Director of Revenue Strategy to lead revenue management and commercial strategy for a portfolio of independent and IHG-branded hotels. This fully remote role partners with operations and commercial teams to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, robust analytical skills, and deep knowledge of hotel revenue management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel revenue management and commercial strategy is required.
- Experience leading revenue strategy for multiple properties is preferred.
- Willing to travel as needed and collaborate with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of revenue management and commercial strategies across properties.
- Analyze KPIs and performance to optimize pricing, inventory and distribution.
- Collaborate with GMs, sales, and marketing to drive revenue growth and market position.
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing accordingly to maximize profitability.
- Manage relationships with OTAs, GDS and distribution partners to maximize visibility.
- Negotiate contracts with group and corporate accounts to optimize revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate insights into area initiatives.
