Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, learning and development, or program development.
• Exceptional Facilitation & Presentation Skills.
• Strong Coaching Track Record.
• Targeted Content Creation: ability to produce GTM collateral beyond live training.
• Digital Fluency with enablement, learning, collaboration, and media platforms.
• Culture Fit: collaborative, growth-minded, accountable with empathy and humor.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation & Training (50%): design and lead engaging virtual workshops and live training sessions.
• GTM Coaching & Professional Development (40%): conduct structured 1:1 and small-group coaching and performance reviews.
• Strategic Content Development (10%): create playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, and leader toolkits.
• Platform Management: curate enablement content ecosystem to be organized and accessible.
• Impact Measurement: use data to measure program effectiveness and improve initiatives.
