Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a Revenue Enablement Professional with a dynamic presence to elevate our Go-To-Market readiness. You will design and deliver high-energy virtual workshops, coach GTM professionals, and craft targeted enablement content to drive performance across the organization.

You’ll host internal podcasts, run readiness sessions, and collaborate with GTM leaders to align priorities with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, learning and development, or program development in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Exceptional facilitation & presentation skills, able to energize diverse audiences and drive interactive discussions.
• Strong coaching track record with GTM professionals through skill development and practice sessions.
• Targeted content creation beyond what is used during live training sessions.
• Digital fluency with enablement and collaboration platforms to create scalable experiences.
• Culture fit: collaborative, growth-minded, accountable with empathy and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation & Training (50%): Design and lead engaging virtual workshops, live training, role-plays and multi-team enablement events.
• GTM Coaching & Professional Development (40%): Conduct structured coaching sessions focused on customer conversations, discovery, value articulation, and operating-model alignment.
• Strategic Content Development (10%): Create GTM plays, talk tracks, briefs, resources and leader toolkits; curate the content ecosystem.
