Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a Revenue Enablement Professional with a dynamic presence to elevate the GTM organization. Based remotely, you will lead high-energy virtual workshops, coach GTM teams, and develop targeted enablement content.

In this role you will host internal podcasts, coordinate readiness sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate complex offerings into impactful learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement or GTM enablement in tech environments.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong coaching track record with GTM professionals.
• Targeted content creation beyond live training assets.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation & Training (50%): design and lead engaging virtual workshops and multi-team enablement events.
• GTM Coaching & Professional Development (40%): structured 1:1 and small-group coaching with focus on customer conversations and value articulation.
• Strategic Content Development (10%): create playbooks, talk tracks, GTM briefs, customer narratives, and leader toolkits.
• Podcast hosting: serve as host for internal enablement broadcasts and podcasts.
• Operations & Continuous Improvement: measure program impact and drive future improvements.
