Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years in training, education, or instructional design—preferably within Revenue Cycle or healthcare operations
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Expertise in adult learning principles
• Proficiency with Epic and related Revenue Cycle tools
• Ability to manage multiple training programs and adapt to change

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and present effective skills training, technical instruction and education materials for staff within Revenue Cycle.
• Train staff on inquiries for patients and insurance, collecting payments and resolving denied claims.
• Instruct on Epic, OnBase and other Revenue Cycle tools.
• Apply adult learning principles to teach various learning content.
• Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to understand performance needs and develop training solutions.
• Monitor participants' progress, conduct post-training evaluations and update curricula.
• Stay current with evolving learning trends and technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
