The role covers system implementations, upgrades, testing, and workflow management, with emphasis on payer portal administration and reporting. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in health care revenue cycle, strong Excel capabilities, and experience translating business needs into system configurations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in health care revenue cycle operations.
• Experience designing, optimizing, and implementing revenue cycle workflows.
• Advanced MS Excel with complex formulas, data validation, pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems.
• Perform day-to-day system administration, implementations and upgrades.
• Support payer portal administration, user access, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting.
