This role supports CareTend and Waystar, manages payer enrollments, access controls, and related Help Desk activities, ensuring smooth, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• CareTend, CPR+, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the home infusion industry required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of revenue cycle functionality in CareTend and Waystar.
• Manage RCM-related Help Desk tickets.
• Develop controls and manage access to payer web portals.
• Oversee payer enrollments for ACH payments and electronic remit feeds.
• Oversee payer enrollments within Waystar.
• Specify users and access levels for Waystar.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
