Vital Care Infusion Services, LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle System Administrator to supervise the ongoing development and support of revenue cycle systems across the Vital Care network.

Responsibilities include maintaining CareTend and Waystar, handling RCM help desk tickets, managing payer enrollments, and defining user access levels to support efficient claims processing for franchise partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with revenue cycle management systems and payer portals.
• Experience with CareTend and Waystar is preferred.
• Home infusion industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of revenue cycle systems for franchise partners.
• Maintain CareTend and Waystar functionality and support.
• Manage RCM-related Help Desk tickets and access controls.
• Oversee payer enrollments and ACH/electronic feeds.
• Define user access levels in Waystar and related systems.
