Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Billing Accounting Specialist to post payments, denials, and patient correspondence in the revenue cycle management system.

The role requires meticulous work in a fast-paced environment, with regular on-site work in Brisbane, CA and remote collaboration for US-based candidates. Responsibilities include reconciling remittances to bank receipts, posting to patient accounts, ensuring denial reasons are correctly documented, and supporting the RCM team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6–12 months experience in data entry or medical billing; Telcor experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Understanding of HIPAA and proper handling of PHI.
• Working knowledge of health insurance terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and people skills; meticulous and analytical in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Payment, denial and correspondence posting.
• Reconcile remittances and EOBs to bank receipts in the RCM system.
• Post accurate denial reasons from correspondence.
• Support supervisor and RCM teammates as needed.
