Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services, LLC is seeking a Remote Revenue Cycle System Administrator to oversee ongoing development of revenue cycle systems for franchise partners. You will manage CareTend and Waystar functionality and handle RCM-related support tickets.

The role requires expertise in payer enrollments, payer portals, and user access control, with a focus on improving processes in a fast-changing environment. Prior home infusion experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with revenue cycle systems and support for franchise networks.
• Familiarity with payer portals and enrollments.
• Ability to manage access and user roles for payment systems.
• Experience in a remote work environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of revenue cycle systems for franchise partners.
• Maintain revenue cycle functionality within CareTend and Waystar.
• Manage RCM-related Help Desk tickets.
• Oversee payer enrollments for ACH payments and electronic feeds.
• Specify user access levels for Waystar.
