Job summary

Tegria is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to mentor and oversee the Revenue Cycle Team, ensuring world-class billing and AR resolution. You will monitor workload, guide process improvements, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory billing experience, a health information management or accounting background, and strong skills in MEDITECH, Excel, and PowerPoint. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health information management or accounting, or related fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience in medical billing including hospital billing and collections
• Experience mentoring less experienced team members
• Extensive experience implementing, supporting, optimizing, and upgrading MEDITECH and/or other EMR
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and HIPAA compliance
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and presentation

Responsibilities

• Supervise Revenue Cycle Team, delegate work, monitor progress, and ensure quality
• Oversee current contracts to meet Tegria deliverables and reporting
• Coordinate daily team activities and assist with management decisions
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members, develop new processes
• Monitor KPIs to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and minimize bad debt
• Onboard and train new team members, maintain knowledge of RCM processes
• Analyze billing data for trends and implement process improvements
• Maintain a secure, remote-friendly work environment and strong stakeholder communication
