Job summary

Tegria Services Group - US seeks a Revenue Cycle Team Supervisor to mentor and oversee day-to-day activities of the Revenue Cycle Team. You will monitor workload, ensure timely, accurate billing, and drive improvements across processes to meet client revenue objectives.

You will apply strong leadership, mentoring, and analytical skills, including experience with MEDITECH/EMR and advanced MS Office tools, while coordinating with management to optimize cash flow and reduce denials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health information management or accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in medical billing, hospital billing, and collections.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work outside normal hours.
• Experience mentoring staff and leading process improvements.
• Extensive MEDITECH and/or EMR experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and HIPAA compliance.
• Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Revenue Cycle Team by delegating work and monitoring quality and timeliness.
• Oversee current contracts to meet Tegria deliverables and provide status reports.
• Coordinate and lead daily team activities and onboarding.
• Provide feedback and participate in performance evaluations and corrective actions.
• Analyze billing data and identify trends to improve cash flow and reduce denials.
• Develop and coach team members and implement process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of all RCM processes and ensure compliance.
