Job summary

Optima Medical Management Group is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead daily billing operations, oversee AR and denials, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with the Financial Controller to optimize performance and translate strategy into action.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration and supervisory experience, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Prior experience with Waystar and Epic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration required.
• Prior supervisory experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical billing, coding, claims and payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily revenue cycle operations including billing, AR, denials management and releases of information.
• Ensure clean claim submission, timely follow-up, and optimize cash flow.
• Analyze denial trends and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor payer contract terms and assist in contract modeling and underpayment appeals.
• Collaborate with contracting and finance teams to improve net revenue performance.
