MEDTEAM, a division of Harris, seeks an Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead billing, collections, AR, coding, and denial management for multiple clients. You will drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and align operations with financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle services in a hospital setting.
• 3+ years in leadership roles with knowledge of multiple EHR systems (MEDHOST, Oracle/Cerner, Meditech, EPIC).

Responsibilities

• Manage frontline managers and staff across revenue cycle functions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet performance standards and service levels.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements; lead automation initiatives.
• Maintain client relationships and provide performance updates.
• Track KPIs and financial outcomes; prepare dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure CMS payer rules and coding regulations compliance.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for revenue cycle.
• Support system optimization and vendor collaboration.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing education for staff; mentor managers.
• Gather operational data to support proposals and service improvements.
