Job summary

MEDTEAM, a division of Harris, seeks an Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle Management to drive strategic and operational execution across billing, collections, AR, coding, and denial management for client organizations. The role partners with leadership to improve processes, ensure CMS and payer compliance, and meet financial targets while delivering outstanding client satisfaction.

Travel up to 25% and remote work flexibility supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle; at least 3 in leadership; experience with MEDHOST, Oracle/Cerner, Meditech or EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop frontline managers and staff across revenue cycle functions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet performance standards and service levels.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of billing, cash posting, collections, AR follow-up, and denial management.
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources to meet client needs.
• Provide client updates in routine meetings and address concerns.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and clients.
• Ensure adherence to CMS guidelines and billing/coding regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting revenue cycle performance.
• Support optimization of revenue cycle systems and workflows.
• Mentor staff and support ongoing training.
