SGA Dental Partners in Florida is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across the revenue cycle functions. You will extract data from practice management systems, validate outputs, and help standardize KPI definitions.

You will collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership and the Business Intelligence team to design dashboards, quality checks, and actionable insights for leadership reviews and decision-making. Remote work options may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analysis or healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience with practice management systems (PMS) such as Denticon/Dentrix/Eaglesoft/Open Dental.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Power BI or similar BI tools experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Extracts and compiles data from PMS to support reporting needs.
• Pulls ad hoc and recurring reports for leadership, Finance, and Operations.
• Partners with leadership to define KPI requirements and performance tracking methods.
• Works with BI teams to design, develop, and refine dashboards and reports.
• Validates reports against source data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identifies reporting gaps and suggests enhancements for visibility into performance.
• Maintains documentation of reporting logic, data sources, and metrics definitions.
