Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring a Billing Solutions Coordinator to support Revenue Cycle activities from a remote US location. You will handle inquiries about eligibility, benefits, billing, and collections, delivering courteous service to patients, vendors, health plans, and clinics.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 2+ years in a call center, and experience with EHRs and insurance knowledge. Competitive hourly pay with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of call center experience; healthcare revenue cycle preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems, Call Center, and phone systems.
• Strong computer proficiency: MS Office, Internet, Email.
• Know major health insurance carriers (in/out-of-network).
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proven professionalism with confidential information.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking in fast-paced env.
• Ability to type fluently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy when interacting with patients.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle Revenue Cycle dept interactions via phone, email, portal with strong service.
• Communicate with offices and patients for current information.
• Process payment requests from patients.
• Update insurance and portal information as requested.
• Support leadership with reporting needs (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Answer patient questions about accounts and centers.
• Work with patients/providers to resolve account challenges.
• Escalate revenue cycle issues to leadership when needed.
• Review billing transactions to resolve payment posting issues.
