Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a healthcare call center or revenue cycle role.
• Experience with EHRs, patient eligibility, and billing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle Revenue Cycle interactions via phone, email, and portal with expert customer service.
• Update insurance plan details and patient information accurately.
• Process payment requests from patients and coordinate with offices.
• Support leadership with daily/weekly/monthly reporting needs.
• Answer questions about accounts and provider centers; troubleshoot with patients.
• Identify and escalate potential revenue cycle challenges as needed.
• Review billing transactions to resolve posting issues and improve accuracy.
