Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Billing Solutions Coordinator to resolve Revenue Cycle inquiries related to patient billing, eligibility, benefits, and collections. This remote role serves patients, vendors, health plans, and clinic staff with prompt, courteous support across the US.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in a call center, and healthcare revenue cycle experience; familiarity with EHR systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of call center experience; healthcare revenue cycle experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of EHR systems and medical terminology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry with strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Revenue Cycle department interactions via phone, email, voicemail, faxes, and patient portal with exemplary service.
• Process patient payment requests and update insurance plans and portal information.
• Respond to patient questions and resolve account issues with appropriate next steps.
• Support reporting needs for leadership and help identify revenue cycle challenges.
