LifeStance Health is seeking a Billing Solutions Coordinator to handle Revenue Cycle Management inquiries including eligibility, benefits, billing, and collections. This remote role supports patients, vendors, health plans, and clinics across the United States.

Key duties include processing payments, updating insurance data, and producing routine reports while delivering courteous service in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and potential bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a call center; healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems, call center software, and phone systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong typing.

Responsibilities

• Handle Revenue Cycle interactions via phone, email, voicemail, faxes, and patient portal with exemplary customer service.
• Communicate with offices and patients to ensure current information.
• Process payment requests from patients.
• Accurately update insurance plan and other portal information for patients as requested.
• Support leadership with daily, weekly, monthly reporting needs as required.
• Answer patient questions regarding their accounts and centers.
