LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a remote Medical Billing Coordinator to join our national team. You will work with patients, clinics, and payers to ensure accurate billing and compliant revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of medical facility or medical office billing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Knowledge of full revenue cycle processes with insurance, Medicare and Medicaid.
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Interact with insurance plans, clinics, patients, and team members as needed.
• Maintain current information on correct and lawful billing payers.
• Participate in daily revenue cycle management and reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date information on RCM processes with SOPs and policies.
• Identify and communicate issues to Team Lead / Supervisor and improve workflows.
