The ideal candidate has at least two years of medical billing experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a keen eye for detail. The role supports a fast-growing national organization and offers a $20.00-$24.00 hourly rate with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum two years of medical billing in a facility or clinic.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with revenue cycle processes and payer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with insurance plans, clinics, patients, and team members.
• Maintain current, lawful billing practices for payers.
• Participate in daily revenue cycle management activities.
• Adhere to National SOPs, processes, and policies.
• Utilize available job aids and resources.
• Support leaders with reporting requirements.
• Meet daily productivity goals while upholding quality.
• Escalate issues to Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as needed.
