Qualifications

• Billing knowledge across invoices, payments and credit notes.
• Experience with AR, collections and dunning processes.
• MRR/ARR reporting and reconciliation understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own customer billing end to end, including invoicing and subscription changes.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections and dunning, resolving payment queries.
• Produce and explain MRR/ARR movement reporting and analysis.
