Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to strengthen our order-to-cash processes, improve revenue visibility, and ensure accurate billing and receivables. This role partners with Accounting, Sales, Operations, and project teams to support revenue and related customer balances.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will analyze monthly results, maintain schedules, assist with ASC 606, and drive process improvements across billing, collections, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in revenue analysis, billing, AR, or related areas.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and O2C cycle; strong GAAP awareness.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and large data analysis; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly revenue results, trends, backlog, and variances against budgets.
• Support revenue recognition per ASC 606; review contracts and milestones.
• Maintain revenue schedules, customer/project reporting, documentation.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy across billing cycles and platforms.
• Prepare AR metrics, aging, disputes, and cash collection outlooks.
• Assist month-end close with reconciliations and variance explanations.
