Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Finance team. You will strengthen the order-to-cash process, improve revenue visibility, and drive billing accuracy across multiple projects and platforms.

This role collaborates with Accounting, Sales, and Operations to validate milestones, support ASC 606 compliance, and provide management with timely revenue dashboards and cash-collection insights. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in revenue analysis are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Three or more years of progressive experience in revenue analysis, billing, AR, or financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and the order-to-cash process.
• Proficiency in NetSuite; experience with Salesforce and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly revenue results, trends, backlog, and variances.
• Support revenue recognition activities under ASC 606, including contract milestones.
• Maintain revenue schedules, customer/project reporting, and audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy across billing cycles and monitor AR aging.
• Assist with forecasting, dashboards, and month-end close activities.
