Cresta is hiring a Revenue Analytics Manager to join the Business Data & Intelligence team in the United States. You will build and own the analytical infrastructure powering our GTM engine by translating data from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into trusted insights.

This senior IC role offers growth toward leadership, with a focus on scalable dashboards, recurring reporting, and automation across the GTM stack.

Formación

• 5–8 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or GTM/Revenue Operations, preferably in startup or high-growth SaaS
• Autonomous work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Ownership of reporting across at least two GTM functions
• Strong proficiency in Looker Studio or Tableau/Power BI
• Hands-on Salesforce experience for reporting and CRM ops
• SQL with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to leadership
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams

Responsabilidades

• Own recurring reporting across Sales, Marketing, and CS including pipeline, win rates, ARR, funnel and churn metrics
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure in Looker Studio, BigQuery, and Salesforce
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely and accessible to stakeholders
• Identify trends and surface actionable insights proactively
• Design and build dashboards for GTM stakeholders and executive viewers
• Establish dashboard standards and self-service reporting culture
• Document automation logic and runbooks for recurring processes
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and communicate findings
