Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Professional Accountant to support the Revenue team with monthly revenue and billing entries, and to help with reporting and reconciliations. This is a fully remote role requiring strong communication and team commitment to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

You will assist with accrual and invoice entries, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, variance analysis and reconciliations, audits, and HIPAA/privacy compliance, plus manual accounting tasks and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• Three or more years of accounting/finance experience with revenue focus preferred.
• Remote work environment; strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accrual and invoice entries, including outreach to business teams.
• Assist in creation and updating monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, mostly in Excel.
• Assist with variance analysis and account reconciliation.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and questions.
• Learn and comply with HIPAA privacy and security rules.
• Perform manual accounting and financial transaction processing per policies and controls.
