Housecall Pro is seeking an Associate, Revenue Accounting to join our finance team in the United States. You will focus on revenue recognition, monthly closes, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial records across multiple streams.

You will analyze revenue transactions, investigate discrepancies, prepare journal entries, and support audits while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Support revenue recognition activities and monthly closes.
• Analyze revenue transactions and variances to identify discrepancies.
• Review billing, payment data to ensure accurate revenue recording.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly revenue close by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Perform revenue-related reconciliations to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Assist ASC 606 revenue recognition activities and internal policies.
