Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Professional Accountant to support the Revenue team with monthly revenue and billing entries, and to help with reporting and reconciliations. This is a fully remote role requiring strong communication and team commitment to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

Job description

As a Professional Accountant at Gainwell, you will assist the Revenue team with monthly revenue and billing entries, create and update reporting, and assist with reconciliations. This is a fully remote team that requires good communication skills and team commitment to complete our monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

• Assist with accrual and invoice entries, including outreach to business teams.
• Assist in the creation and updating of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, mostly in Excel spreadsheets.
• Assists with variance analysis and account reconciliation.
• Assists with internal and external audit requests and questions.
• Will learn and comply with HIPPA privacy and security rules.
• Perform manual accounting and financial transaction processing activities in accordance with established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on revenue preferred.
• Previous experience or willingness to learn PeopleSoft.
• Remote work environment

The pay range for this position is $46,000.00 - $65,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
