Qualifications

• Must have prospecting and closing skills, sales planning, and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advisor relationships through phone, web-based, and in-person meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and proposal development through follow-up and close.
• Provide product and solution consulting related to employer-sponsored retirement plans.
• Support advisor practice management, opportunity consulting, and plan adoption strategies.
• Document sales activity, outbound calls, meetings, webinars, and campaigns to promote growth.
