Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor in Wilmington, DE to deliver on-site and virtual education and enrollment for defined contribution plans. You will leverage Empower’s technology and collaborate with relationship managers to foster client success.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 2–4 years of financial services experience, and FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations. Strong presentation and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations within established timelines required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual education and enrollment presentations for defined contribution plans.
• Drive participants to enroll, increase deferrals, and rollovers.
• Log meetings, attendees and outcomes in required systems and maintain reporting.
• Build relationships with plan sponsors, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage meeting schedules and travel arrangements.
• Attend client meetings with service teams and contribute to finals presentations as needed.
