Job summary

Corebridge Financial is hiring a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees in retirement savings plans. Role includes in-person or video presentations, enrollment meetings, and education planning, with bonus potential based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

The position is remote with potential travel up to 50% and requires Series 7/66 licenses or state insurance licenses; CFP/ChFC desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 licenses preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District VP with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
