Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. The role includes delivering in-person or virtual presentations, education sessions, and enrollment meetings to raise awareness of plan features and drive participation.

A competitive benefits package accompanies a salary with bonus potential. The position offers remote work within the U.S. and may require travel up to 50% depending on territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video, to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
