Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct presentations to promote plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist in financial education planning.
• Educate employees on plan participation.
• Travel may be required.
