Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees for applicable retirement savings plans. The role offers an incentive bonus based on plan metrics and client satisfaction, with a comprehensive benefits package and company-provided tools.

The position is currently remote, with travel up to 25%, and requires Series 7/66, state licenses, and preferred CFP/ChFC designations.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses; state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and growth of plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Engage in annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate about plan participation.
