Job summary

The Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide guidance to plan sponsors and employees regarding retirement savings. This remote position includes responsibilities such as conducting presentations to enhance participant awareness and facilitating educational campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills and relevant licenses. Compensation is estimated between $60,000 to $70,000, complemented by a robust benefits package including immediate medical coverage and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate regarding plan participation.

Bilingual Spanish/English skills

Education
