Job summary

The Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company is hiring a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and eligible employees. This remote position includes conducting presentations and educating participants about plan features.

The ideal candidate should have at least a high school diploma, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong presentation skills and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus. The role may require travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 preferred; appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features.
• Lead enrollment meetings and financial education meetings as requested.
• Meet with participants to educate them regarding plan participation.
