Job summary

The Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide guidance in retirement savings plans. This remote role requires conducting presentations to promote plan features and improve asset growth.

The desired candidate should have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), Series 7 and 66 licenses, and excellent presentation skills. The compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist with targeted education campaigns to increase plan participation.
• Meet with participants to educate employees regarding plan participation.
