This remote role involves conducting presentations to educate employees about plan features and assist in achieving participation goals. Applicants should possess strong presentation skills and relevant financial qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and preferably a Bachelor's Degree.
• Series 7 and Series 66 are preferred with state insurance licenses.
• Desired designations include CFP, ChFC or similar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve plan awareness.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.

Skills

Excellent presentation skills

Bilingual Spanish/English

Education

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Series 7 and Series 66 preferred; appropriate state insurance licenses required
