Job summary

The Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company, a Corebridge Financial affiliate, seeks a Retirement Plan Consultant for a remote U.S. role with up to 25% travel.

You will present plan features, educate sponsors and employees, and support enrollment and education initiatives while meeting regulatory requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred, FINRA licenses (Series 7/66) and state licenses; CFP/ChFC desirable; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Present enrollment meetings, age-based financial education, and complex literacy sessions as requested by the plan sponsor.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District VP with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate on plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
