Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors' and employees' needs in Virginia. You will conduct presentations, participate in benefit fairs, and collaborate with the Relationship Manager to enhance retirement plan participation.

This position offers a competitive salary with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with match. Strong presentation skills and a high school diploma are required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred, and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC, or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist Relationship Manager with targeted education campaigns.
