Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Retirement Inside Sales Representative to prospect remotely and manage the full sales cycle from within a Paychex Inside Sales Hub. You will engage with customers by phone and email, closing deals to meet quotas while selling for the Paychex Retirement organization.

This role emphasizes virtual interactions, quota attainment, and ongoing development of sales skills, with potential travel for conferences or training sessions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in relevant sales or sales management
• H.S. Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• End-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating and closing to meet quota.
• Identify client needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders through virtual interactions.
• Schedule appointments with brokers to secure referrals to end users.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social engagement; follow up on leads to generate pipeline.
• Use technology to track activities and forecasts.
• Collect data to support underwriting process and close sales.
• Represent Paychex positively to clients and the community.
• Continually develop sales skills to effectively represent inside sales.
• Travel may be required for conferences or training.
