Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Paycor Client Sales Rep to cross-sell Paychex Retirement solutions to the Paycor client base. You will engage via phone, email, or virtual channels to conduct discovery calls, close deals, and meet sales targets.

The role requires a HS Diploma, a Series 6/63, and SIE licenses with about 2 years of relevant sales experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Base pay starts around $80K plus commission, with total compensation varying by location and performance.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Series 6 license required.
• Series 63 license required.
• SIE required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end sales cycle to achieve quota.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position Paychex Retirement solutions.
• Present solutions to key stakeholders via virtual interactions.
• Submit qualified lead referrals for other Paychex products when applicable.
• Use tools to track activities and forecasts accurately.
• Travel may be required for conferences, training, or meetings.
