Job summary

Paychex Retirement Inside Sales Representatives prospect clients remotely and manage the full sales cycle from within a designated Paychex Inside Sales Hub. The role focuses on selling Retirement solutions to clients via phone, email, and other virtual channels to effectively close deals and meet sales targets.

The position emphasizes identifying client needs, presenting Paychex solutions to key stakeholders, and maintaining a strong pipeline while leveraging digital tools.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing to achieve quota.
• Identify client needs and present Paychex solutions to stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments with referral sources to secure referrals to end users.
• Outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social engagement to generate pipeline.
• Track activities and forecasts using technology tools.
• Support underwriting process with data for close sales.
• Represent Paychex positively to clients and the community.
• Develop sales skills and product knowledge continually.
• May travel for conferences, training, or regional/national meetings.
