Job summary

Paychex Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Inside Sales Representative to prospect remotely and manage the full sales cycle within the Insurance Inside Sales Hub.

You will engage with clients via phone, email, and other channels to close deals and meet targets for the Paychex Insurance Agency Organization. The role requires 2 years of relevant sales experience and eligibility for insurance licensing in all states, with licensing support provided.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma in Business or related discipline is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent education/experience.
• Eligibility for applicable insurance licensing in all 50 states with license(s) within 90 days of start date; licensing expenses covered for up to two attempts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing to meet quota.
• Identify client needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders via virtual interactions.
• Schedule appointments to secure referrals and generate opportunities.
• Outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels to qualify opportunities and build pipeline.
• Perform insurance needs analysis and provide insurance and benefit solutions.
• Use CRM and forecasting tools to track activities and forecasts.
• Draft and process sales contracts in line with HR guidelines.
• Travel may be required for conferences, training, or regional/national meetings.
