ibex is seeking aRetention Specialist in the United States to defend customer loyalty and stabilize revenue for Verizon/Frontier. You will handle high-stakes conversations to save accounts, upsell where appropriate, and log activity in the CRM with strict QA adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in fast-paced retention, exceptional communication, and the ability to work full-time with flexible shifts. Remote work considerations may apply where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in high-volume retention, collections, outbound sales, or commission-based retail.
• Proven track record of hitting performance metrics and quotas.
• Exceptional verbal communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to work full-time with flexible hours and potential evenings/weekends.
• WFH candidates need a private, quiet workspace with a hardwired network.

Responsibilities

• Drive churn mitigation by meeting daily save targets and revenue goals.
• Master the Save Toolkit to present tailored value propositions.
• Overcome objections with active listening and empathetic dialogue.
• Identify upsell opportunities during the save process.
• Maintain QA compliance and adhere to promotional rules.
• Accurately log interactions and save agreements in the CRM.
