Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vyve products to customers and meet sales/retention goals.
• Document all customer information accurately in systems.
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with subscriptions or cancellations.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication and build customer loyalty.
